The hotel is ok. I find it expensive when comparing price to condition. It's near certain valuable points yes, but still a lil bit to high the price now that I saw it in my opinion. It was clean and has everything you need regarding bathroom supplies and such.

Economical hotel in Brooklyn, so you get about what you pay for. Rooms were clean, and was an ok place to sleep for a few nights. The beds weren't great, and the heating system was quite loud. We did ask for someone to take a look at it, which made it slightly better. In the end, we slept without heating, which was ok temperature-wise for us. The location is in an industrial area. In the immediate vicinity there are mostly warehouses. The nearest subway stop is a good 15 minutes walk away, but we found ourselves using the B61 bus line, which was convenient to the hotel.

Rooms are spacious for NY and the beds are really comfortable. The only issue I had was the shower nozzle was flimsy in 2 rooms I stayed in so it was hard to achieve a comfortable water temperature. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be back!

The hotel need renovation, they need to fix many thing. It shows FREE breakfast but it’s NOT! They charge $25 each day for amenity and $25 Parking. Breakfast could be better. Overall My rate is 2/5!

Im surprised at the high ratings of this place. The hotel is renovated and clean, but thats a low bar for a plus 8 rating as far as im concerned. The breakfast is only ok and the rooms - while renovated - are small and simple. And maybe this is an expedia issue more than a hotel issue but there were alot of hidden / small print charges added upon checkin that i was not expecting. Such as parking fee and a fee for the breakfast, wifi, etc. So when it says “breakfast is included” its really not, and you only find out about that and parking fee (in an open surface lot, not even a parkade) upon checking in. There is nothing else around so if you want breakfast you really have no other choice. That said, the desk clerks were friendly, and the night guy in particularly really helped me out when i needed some help dealing with stuff.
