The staff was incredible - specifically Audra who helped me get checked in a tad early after my trip from SC. She addressed me by name my entire trip which added a special touch during a trip to the big city. Made me feel I had an immediate friend. The building is gorgeous, along with the views. Perfect location to feel like a local, help that makes you feel like a celebrity.
