The Check-in person at the counter on 11-26-25 in the evening was great, very helpful. As was the other guy that helps with bags. Parking is next door. The 5am on Thanksgiving morning bag helper guy was great as well. Our room had its own balcony. Soo cool. Also only a short walk to subway and to the Macys parade at central park. It was a great location. No coffee though.

The staff was wonderful. Very nice. It was my first time in New York and was nervous about staying in a boutique hotel. The breakfast was great, the location was fabulous ,and the whole place was very clean. Quick to get to the subway and broadway show that we were seeing. The restaurant across the street was also delicious! The ONLY thing that I had a complaint about is the bed. It was very hard. It wasn’t unbearable and we by the end of the day it suited its purpose but when I come back to stay I would ask for a different room.

Small and no lobby to speak of but I loved location, room was good for the price, it was a fair deal just noisy suite facing street. Room was cool staff was good and on top of things.

Not happy that our reservation for a king size bed/bedroom was downgraded to a room with two double beds… The staff said “not to worry – they are two queen beds!” This was also not true. And all morning starting at 5 am there was a nonstop beeping which sounded like an alarm clock, however, it seemed to be coming from the lobby at one of their electrical or fire panels

Good central location. Good value for an NYC hotel - small rooms are to be expected! Bathrooms/shower was clean and nicely upgraded. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was coffee and local pastries/baked goods which was better IMO than a big hotel chain continental breakfast.
