Amazing stay! Staff was wonderful. We went for a long weekend to NYC! Location was perfect! Broadway and Times Square were very walkable, as was south part of Central Park. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is really dated. Everything looks old but not good old. Attention was very good. Room service expensive but good. Housekeeping didnt do our room one day (they forgot to return) and they didnt give attention to little details. Bed ok, pillows terrible. Probably not returning.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Nice proximity to Broadway, fine dining and luxury shopping in midtown. Be cautious of your stay coinciding with any large conferences, if you are staying in The Towers portion of the hotel. There are only two small elevators and it can be difficult to get an elevator timely.

The Towers are supposed to come with use of the hotel’s Maybach but they don’t tell you it is only one way. When we addressed this with the concierge he became very surly and blamed us for not asking. The service has certainly dropped over the last decade. We will not be returning.
