    We had a great couple of days in NYC. The apartment is close to Amtrak, subway, Times Square, theaters, shopping, restaurants, etc. Perfect to get around and experience NYC. Overall it was good - check-in & check-out process was easy, apartment was clean and in a safe neighborhood. However, I would recommend that the owner /property management company repair a few issues to make stay more comfortable (water leak above shower, missing valve handle on the radiator-couldn’t regulate heat, pigeons nesting inside the window A/C unit).

    The accommodations are very nice. I stayed with my three children and there was plenty of room. The building is nice and very secure. Located very close to everything in Times Square. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

    We left and did not stay in our Vrbo. It was dirty, there was no mention in the booking we would have to climb 60 stairs. The host was dismissive and rude.

    Host was very responsive. Location is perfect! Area is safe. Down side apartment is noisy. Walls thin and you can hear everything in the building. It's an older building. Lots of stairs which is fine unless you have someone who is handicapped. Beds were good. Apartment Is older but definitely served it's purpose. Thanks again to our host!

    The place was ideally located close to all that midtown manhattan has to offer! There was plenty of space for our family of 4, though we didn’t spend tons of time in the apartment since we were out exploring most days! Kitchen had everything we needed. Entry and exit were a breeze, and the host was very communicative. Definitely would stay again!
