Nearly perfect

Generally a very good place to stay. It was clean and as quiet as a NYC hotel can be. I've stayed in worse. Keep in mind the elevators are EXTREMELY slow to pick up, especially at breakfast time when everyone is trying to get downstairs. And when one finally arrives you may not fit on it. This was almost a 5 star experience but I hated those elevators

Stay at Marriott Manhattan - The property and our stay was very good however few point which I didn’t like - 1. The rooms are very small, if you are traveling with a small kid make sure your kid won’t be walk or play inside the room. You cannot accommodate baby stroller along with 2 trollers inside the room 2. The lift was not properly align with the building. There are four lift for the visitors however there is good quite long time also they are very slow. Another issue with the lift if I want to go up I have to press both the control down and up which was very annoying. 3. Compare to other the price of this property was quite on higher side Good Part: 1. Staff was really nice 2. Breakfast was good 3. Ground staff and house keeping very supportive 4. Location of property was main point of attraction to choose our stay at this property.

Stayed for 3 nights with my partner and have no complaints. Our room was clean. Small size but nothing unheard of for NY, it’s about the average size for Manhattan hotel. The continental breakfast is key to get the day started and even if you don’t want the hot items, yogurt and fruit with granola is a great alternative.

I never been so aggravated in my life this room had faulty compressor and a jack hammer spound in the ceiling. My family we not able to sleep. I called receptionist multiplentimes to a no answer to the point i had to get dressed and go down and 2 am xfor them to send a maintenence man to my room. Using 3rd party apps is becoming a hinderence platnium status means nothing not like my diamond status with hilton. I travel for a living and this was the worst hotel i stayed in and i couldnt leave because of the 3rd party app according to the property.
