This hotel was actually dorms at one time. The early morning garbage truck and fire station were right outside my window. accommodations were simple; room was definitely spacious, but bare concrete floor. No coffee in the room. Coffee in the lobby was cold. The price was less than other hotels; I got what I paid for

Decent hotel

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and has someone at the front desk at all times. The room had a small fridge, microwave, and great AC. It was not clean when I arrived: stained sheets, dirty toilet, trash on the floor, food in the fridge. It seemed as though the housekeeping staff just did not do a thorough clean of the room.

The overall condition of the room was overused; dirt and scuff marks on the walls, the AC blasted in your face in bed and could not be redirected, there was no safety lock on the door, the shower dispensers were mostly empty and the kitchenette had 1 paper plate and paper cup for use.

good AC and the room had a decent amount of space, but the shower had almost no hot water. the worst parts were the fridge having a spilled bottle of soda, and the decorative microwave that is mounted to the wall but not plugged in or functional.
