This hotel is located in the industrial part of town. No restaurants, bars or much of anything close by. Breakfast was ok but not sufficient for the number of guests staying there. “Restaurant” advertised for dinner was not open or had little to no food options and the only server who was doing her best to accommodate guests (of which there were many) was verbally reprimanded in front of guests and sent home. Parking advertised as $19.99 per night or $29.99 with “in and out privileges” was incorrectly stated. We stayed one night, left our car parked and were charged $29.99 even after we questioned the price. In all fairness, the bed was super comfortable and the linen was exceptional. That was the ONLY positive thing we can think of about this stay.
This the view from our room. The street below us was filled with of large trucks and heavy equipment, complete with Jake brakes and backup (reverse) alarms which went on ALL NIGHT.

Couldn’t reach anyone for shuttle service from the airport so we had to pay for a taxi. It was very pricey for as close as it was to the airport. They were doing construction right near our room and were jackhammering all day. They should have put us in a room farther from the noise. Air conditioning did not work. Up keep on making the interior nice in rooms was lacking. The walls were pretty beat up. Beds were at least decent and clean.

Close to the airport but that’s it. No restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was advertised as open for dinner everyday but it was actually only open 1 day. The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Rooms need painting and upkeep. Staff was friendly and the hotel shuttle was easy to use.

I followed directions sernt to me via email regarding the hotel shuttle. No sign idrntifying "lane 1". They don't tell you that you have to cross several lanes of traffic to get to the "police hut" Several days prior to arrival, I called the hotel to ask some questions. I selected the front desk phone option-- no answer after 1.5 minutes. I selected another phone option annd was eventually given the "direct number" to the shuttle service. When I called that number after 11:30 pm, no answer. Called the hotel's original number to get the front desk. Had to select the reservations phone option. They eventually connected my to Customer Relations, who made their own call to the hotel. After 15 minutes, I finally got someone to send a shuttle. Not imressed with transportation services!

Very convenient to cruise port, shuttle from airport was a plus and everyone at the front desk were very helpful. No restaurant on premises but convenient vending machine also delivery from near by restaurant, we had the best fettuccine Alfredo from one of the , prompt delivery.
