The front desk staff was super friendly. The facility on the other hand kinda sucked. I saw a roach near the dinning area on the first floor. When I got to my room there was still trash in certain areas like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Also the hot water in the sink was brown so I used cold water the entire time I was there.

Great hotel for the price. The pool is right near the restaurant and it’s open so there’s quite a bit of noise coming from there but nothing that bothers me the restaurant is quickly and it’s nice with happy hour, food was delicious. Parking is not included and I had to pay an extra $31 a day. Something that I wasn’t count on breakfast was another $25 per person. Very convenient located near the airport offering free shuttle, close to restaurants, prudential center, Ironbound and ferry Street.

I recently stayed here, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only problem was my A/C unit thermostat buttons are very hard to push to change the temperature.

HELL level PARKING!!

Parking here was nightmare, way overpriced at $25/night, when a parking spot was not even guaranteed because the lot was ALWAYS full, with a lot of cars having to park on non-parking spots between aisles. Maybe they should discontinue park-and-fly-away program to prioritize actual hotel guests staying overnight; or build a parking lot building otherwise. The hotel was also way too busy, for the 4 days I stayed there, every time I walked by lobby, there would be schools (20+) of teens sitting at the main stairs, being as noisy as they could be at that age, while damaging the image of a FOUR (not two) STARS hotel. During my stay, one night there was a drunk women crying loud the whole night in the neighboring room; another night the opposite room had party and was blasting music till 3 am... and I wonder, whether I was staying at an airbnb in some poor hood... NOT RECOMENDED for vacation.
