Place has so much potential, but lacked the extra touch of cleanliness around pool edges and hotel room walls and bathroom. Unfortunately we did have to change rooms due to bathroom ceiling chipping in large chunks and falling while showering. We also did not get towels replaced during room change. Prepare for parking issues due to needing keys when you come in and out of the lot. Breakfast fees are also confusing due to Expedia and hotel discrepancy. Ask for clarification and Customer service and transparency was rough. Staff will benefit from conflict resolution and higher level training. Overall beautiful property, my kids loved the pool. It was heated, but not cold by any means. We took tons of pictures and slept peacefully and safe.

Upon arrival at the hotel, our experience was disappointing from the start. The shuttle driver repeatedly honked at my friend who was simply dropping us off, creating an uncomfortable and unnecessarily aggressive atmosphere. At check-in, we were told our payment had failed—even though I had already been charged—causing confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel lacked basic accommodations for dietary restrictions: there were no gluten-free cookies available as advertised, and the on-site restaurant offered no gluten-free options at all.

If you don't mind staying in a hotel where the room was cleaned only twice during a 6 night stay that too on speaking to the manager and complaining to Expedia this property will do just fine. We suffer bad allergies so would not recommend this to any British traveller with allergies. Also water provided once,, terribly expensive to buy at hotel,,, restaurant awful,, glasses not replaced daily... restaurant awful and breakfast terrible.

Highly recommend!

Property was just like the pictures! Great stay! Everything was so clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bathrooms are outdated but clean. Parking was confusing, but once I realized how the system worked, it was a breeze to go in and out! The property was about 15 minutes away from the American Dream mall. Definitely recommend the property!
