Effectively clean & efficient

Our Newark flight got canceled, and we were thrilled to find this hotel! The courtesy shuttles were timely and quick, and we found our room and bathroom clean, comfortable, and well appointed to help this frustrated traveler rest safely and well.

The rooms smelled musty, the bed comforters were damp. I booked for 4 people in the room but there were only 2 bath towels. We waited for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport for an hour. Horrible stay

The staff were very pleasant, but the check out process was terrible. It took at least an hour to wait for an elevator and if you had to go back and get luggage that was another 30 minutes. The staff was even waiting for the elevators. Then when they came they are crowded, We had to wait for 4 elevators and 10 minutes in between from the 3rd floor. I have a disability and Cancer, so we had finally get on a packed solid elevator after an hour. Also, at checkout. they were "rushing us out the room" even though we had our extra luggage still there due to the elevator issues. Thanks
