This was a great hotel. I just wish I had noticed it did not come with breakfast unless you paid and any food there was very expensive. Think $3 for a bottle of water. We used the shuttles to get to the airport and used NJ transit to get everywhere, so it kind of lead to a feeling of being trapped at the hotel when there was food but it was soooo expensive. I wish we had just stayed in NYC though. We would have saved money on transportation and maybe would have gotten a hotel where breakfast was included. The service was nice and the hotel was clean. We were otherwise happy. Def won’t stay again though because of the unavailability of affordable food and drink

The check in process was seamless, the rooms were nice and clean, the 24 hr store was amazing and the transportation to and from the airport was also a breeze. Highly recommend staying here

Our initial flight was cancel and we arrived the next day, in as much I had contact the hotel to notify them, they still ended selling our room out and we were placed in an unprepared room. No towels or bag in the trash can and previous person items forgotten in the room. We request to be placed in our original booking the next day but nothing happened and I and my partner stayed in two queen bed room. Don’t even get me started with the rude receptionist at the front desk when we arrived at midnight. Acted like it was our fault the flight was cancel and us arriving at midnight.

Decent stay overall. Bathrooms need attention.

The hotel itself and the room are pretty clean and new looking. The bathrooms could use some work. Nothing horrible, but the shower was a little dirty looking. Also the hotel is pretty difficult to physically get too from the highway. Pretty confusing roads the gps kept re routing. More signage would be good.
