the room was good and staff were great but i was surprised at the lack of amenities in what i would consider a top name hotel. there was no coffee pot in the room which surprised me since even baymont hotels provide a coffee maker in the room. the lounge had no alcohol just water and soft drinks. and the lounge also just had chips fruit and fruit bars. i had assumed it would have heavy hordourves at least. nice stay but the lack of amenities really surprised me

I just checked out after a very disappointing stay at this Renaissance property. During check-in, I was assisted by a front desk staff member who seemed to be the manager (a white male). His attitude was extremely unfriendly — he did not look at me while speaking, and his facial expression was very cold throughout the interaction. When I tried to pay the deposit by tapping my card, it didn’t work. I asked another staff member for help, but the manager stopped them and insisted on handling everything himself, while still refusing to accept my card details manually. I even offered to provide my credit card information for guarantee, but he rejected that as well. The entire check-in process felt like he was trying to make things difficult for me, rather than helping a guest. It created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience, especially for a hotel under the Renaissance brand. This was one of the worst front desk experiences I’ve had, and it completely ruined the start of my stay. I hope the management takes service training seriously, because this level of hospitality is far below expectations.

Yes the airport shuttle was easy to find. The maids should speak broken english at some point the ladies and gentlemen not talking to each other will have to understand customers that only speak english. Maids make sure the silver is shiny in bathrooms, no hair on walls or bathroom items. Make sure sheets are tight. It makes a big difference when a person walks into the room. Make sure customers don't wish the rooms to be done by giving them a choice by putting DO NOT DISTURB and CHECK BACK LATER. Have a maid there. between 2pm and 6pm just in case signs disappear and customers expect their rooms done when they come back. Thank you also to the front desk staff for making things possible when I asked. Thank you to the shuttle drivers for putting the extra run in when it comes to people making that early flight. Hopefully I will see you again. Also I'm still waiting for my gift.

The shuttle was amazing. The coffee lady in Lobby was cheerful and friendly. The lounge for elite members was poor with little to no choices. The wifi was down for half of my stay and affected my ability to host very important calls. my understanding is that this was not a hotel issue but a larger Verizon problem. My room was very warm and could not be regulated, while the hallway was very cool. This hotels saving grace is the staff which were incredible.
