Ritz Carlton experience! Claudia is an exceptional host and makes every stay a lovely experience. Absolutely loved being in the same neighborhood as family. Made it so special to be so close to our grandbabies and yet have our own space for them to “visit” us. Cannot wait to return!

From the very first moment, we spoke with the host of this property, we could tell it was special. Claudia was warm and welcoming from the initial email. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. When we walked in the door and had a lovely welcome note, along with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, and a nice bottle of wine, we felt we were in a five-star resort. The home is absolutely beautiful! It is well appointed, comfortable, located in a fantastic neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this incredible home and couldn’t recommend it more. Literally perfect in every way!

Unbelievable Stay!!

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. We had 6 adults and 2 kiddos and were all incredibly comfortable. There are 2 king beds, a queen and the most adorable bedroom with 2 twin beds that the kids absolutely loved. The beds are amazing!! Claudia has decorated the house beautifully and thoughtful touches were everywhere. We had an event at the University of Florida and it was convenient to get to. The neighborhood itself was pretty and the kids loved playing at the playground while the adults enjoyed the dinner selections with outdoor seating at the town center. We will absolutely be back!!
