We really enjoyed the house, it’s location, etc. however tv is limited and more importantly 10 am checkout is really hard for old people like us. In our experience check out is usually 11 am or noon.

Like going home

Quiet neighborhood, clean house.

Nice clean house. It’s kept in identical condition to the way it has been for years due to sentimental family attachment. It’s a very sweet story but it makes for a somewhat uncomfortable stay. Overall we liked it. We liked the neighborhood very much and the location was perfect for us. Check out is at 10am not the usual 11am. I was late checking out and they were very gracious about it.

Easy and efficient

Needed a place to stay while we visited our parents nearby. Easy in and out. Only comment would be: it was nice to have coffee. QUALITY of coffee was kinda meh. At least it had caffeine

Newburgh Indiana

Great house. Everything you will need for your stay. Owners are super nice. Turkeys and deer in the yard in the evening. I will try to stay here anytime i'm in that area.

Just what we were looking for!

This place was just what we needed while staying a week for a softball tournament. We had the amenities of being at home instead of cooped in a hotel room for a week. The home is lovely and the scenery and wildlife were definitely a bonus. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again when in this area.

Indiana Experience

The property was as expected from the listing. It was perfect for our stay. The area was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to travel to Evansville for our planned events. Everything was provided and the property was very clean and comfortable. Great communication and we were able to check in a little early upon our arrival. And we did see the turkey in the yard on our last morning! Thanks, I will stay again if ever in the area.

Solar Eclipse Weekend

The property was as advertised? Clean and charming 1950's ranch in the country. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, turkey, deer, blue birds, and a quick look at a ground hog. It was perfectly quiet and just relaxing, but very close to Downtown, restaurants, Angel Mounds, and grocery store. It was all we needed to celebrate my Husband's 60th and view the Solar eclipse.

Quiet Neighborhood

My siblings and I stayed here while we did some genealogy research and it worked out great. Nothing fanny but clean and comfortable. Saw deer and wild turkey in the yard in the mornings.

Perfect for a long weekend

My daughter and I were attending an event in Evansville, and this property was a perfect location to relax after busy days. The home was clean and well cared for, and the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. There is easy access to both Evansville and Newburgh for eating or entertainment. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick 3 day trip to Evansville area with family.

Process and communication with owner was very good. House and location were great for our short stay in February and the back yard and patio look nice for warmer months. House was a good value and had all the basics we needed. Minutes from big name stores in strip malls or the quaint downtown Newburgh, but in a quiet secluded area.

Holiday visit with family

A nice 3-bedroom house in a quiet but convenient location. We were a party of 6 - 4 adults and 2 children (4 & 6). The open floor layout between the living room and kitchen was ideal for the 2 grandkids. Having access to attached 2 car garage was a plus in December. Check in and check out was straight forward and communication with owner was easy. The only inconvenience was no dishwasher or clothes washer and dryer. We knew this beforehand because the description was clear that the house did not have these appliances. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
