Place was very noisy all night long ppl slammed their doors and walls would vibrate felt like people were running a marathon . My bathroom was filthy had black mildew all around and i was told they will come and clean it and they never did. Room was very outdated and wall paper peeling.they had no extra room to switch my family too so we got stuck with dirty bathroom and we ended up cleaning it ourself.

The room heat was unbearable unable to control and no one to contact. We couldn’t sleep because the heat in the room kept on even with the power off. We left in the middle of the night and called the following day to speak to a manager was told a manager will call me back at the end of the day and 24 hours later have not heard from anyone. Super disappointed

Awful grounds keeping

Upon exiting the hotel, I fell twice on the ice. We alerted the front desk that it was very slippery and nothing was done in a prompt manner. After I fell a second time, I filled out an accident report and asked to speak to a manager who has yet to call me back.

The only thing I have any vomplaints about is the shower. There were black pieces if mold and dirt co.ing from under the very bottom lip of the shower. Ewwwwwww
