Crossroads is on the decline My family and I have had multiple stays at The Crossroads over the last 5 years. My most recent stay was less than desirable. I booked a room for a king size bed and the bed was closer to the size of a Full. The curtains were stained and it bathroom ceiling looked like they had moldy spots. We used to love staying here but the facility appears to be in the decline I can say I did get a good rate for the 2 nights and the service at the desk and from housekeeping was good.

The rooms were a little dated and " dinged up" It was clean though. The halls smelt of weed but that's not on the hotel. The bar/ restaurant was closed. It appears it's permanently closed. The price was very reasonable and we were close to several attractions. The staff was very friendly.

Room was clean, bed & pillows were comfortable. Carpets in hallway were dirty. Housekeepers did not leave wash cloths when making room. Overall ok if all you need is a place to sleep

The room was ok. It was definitely outdated and they attempted to make some renovations but it fell short. Wallpaper was peeling and some areas in the bathroom could use some attention. The restaurant inside the hotel was not open and could use some TLC. None of the ice makers were functional when we stayed.

If I could select zero stars I would. The whole building smelled like mold and marijuana. Elevator was out of service. The ceiling in the room was falling apart and carpet had some questionable stains. Couldn’t stay the whole night, left that same night.
