Summary:
Located within walking distance to Newcastle Cbd as well as the beach comes this convenient 2 bedroom unit, positioning you in the heart of everything Newcastle has to offer!

The Space:
The unit consists of 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and will sleep 4 (1 Queen Bed and 2 Single beds) there is also the option for a King size bed instead of 2 singles you can just advise us on your preferred bed configuration. There is a great open plan Living/Dining space as well as a dedicated office work space. The spacious Kitchen has all you need, and there is an adjoining laundry complete with Washer and Dryer. In the Loungeroom you will find a TV which for your enjoyment has Netflix and the added bonus of a PS4 Games console. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. There is also another TV in the main bedroom which has Netflix for you to enjoy. The front balcony provides the perfect spot for a BBQ( which has been provided) to sit and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the city scape. This apartment has 2 parking spots available and there is limited street parking as well. Linen and towels have been provided for our guests. This apartment is one you will not want to miss out on, if you are looking for a great spot close to the heart of Newcastle and the beach!

Great outlook and very quiet and comfortable. Well set up with laundry too. Needed air conditioning on as west facing but ceiling fans helped in the bedrooms. Liked the apartment in many ways but the windows need replacing. They were very hard to open for ventilation and rattled in the wind.
