Staff were great, the lady at the front desk (apologise I forget her name, had an accent dark hair) was unreal, served guests at the front, served meals, took payments for meals and didn’t stop smiling! Rooms were good, however showers were tiny and the hallways were so noisy all night, people were banging doors non stop it was a joke. Unfortunately that brings the rating down, also there was a weird smell through the halls

Room was facing busy road and was loud at night as a result. Having a nightclub directly across road didn’t help. There was also constant noise from what sounded like a generator on the roof which made it difficult to sleep. Bed wasn’t comfortable either as was two singles pushed together to make a double bed. Great location as it is shops around and accessible public transport. Also okay with the self check-in & check-out process. Only downside was the room was not properly clened/inspected as we found rubbish in the room's bin from previous occupants. Noise from rooms above and accross can also be heard, though not much of a concern for us but might be with other guests
