This was such a find. The room was very clean, and the suite had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The location suited me also with the lake right at my doorstep. Warner’s Bay shopping Centre was a short walk away with plenty of cafe’s & restaurants as well as a supermarket & pharmacy. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The motel is located in a scenic area near the water and provides nice options to walk and enjoy views over Warners Bay and the entire region. We found the property to be overall clean and well maintained. Our room had sufficient space. The room was reasonably priced. What we found unpleasant, however, was the level of service we received from the staff at reception. To begin with, the staff member was unable to answer a simple question about how to reach the motel (it was our first time visiting the Newcastle area). Secondly, the staff member has attempted to call my phone number several times when I was still in the middle of driving. He did so without any apparent or valid reason, as we were still within reception opening hours and arrived at the motel an hour and a half before reception's closing time. I find this behavior to be strange (to put it mildly). Thirdly, there were only one or two bottles of shampoo, which is insufficient for a large family. And lastly, the staff member has promised to send a copy of the payment receipt to my email address, which he did not sent.

Only stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay here again. Really friendly receptionist who was extremely helpful. Room was really nice and the bed really comfortable. Love how close the shops are to walk to and of course walk along Lake Macquarie!

This place was refreshingly comfortable & friendly. Couldnt fault the staff who were helpful & really great when I had to change to a ground floor unit as I couldnt manage the stairs. Top little restaurant on-site too.

Not worth the money paid. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom- no shower door-area too small to not have a shower door. Ground floor room windows unable to be locked and backs onto reserve. Noise from restaurant upstairs and people coming and going. If this is a deluxe room I’d hate to see the standard.

Was great only thing is hot water did not last only 2 people could shower then went cold Also only given 1 toilet paper for family of 5 There was a banging noise that was non stop Overall they did tidy give fresh towels,clean motel cleaner was lovely

This motel is located at a great place, walking distance to the Warner's Bay seaside. The room and toilet are really clean but the bed is too soft for us. We were allocated a ground floor room though we have requested for a upstairs room with a balcony. Strangely this request did not appear in our booking at all.
