We had a lovely stay at the Dakota. We were greeted at the door by 2 staff members who were lovely and showed us to reception. Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Wished me a Happy Birthday and our room was ready early, so was able to check in a good couple of hours earlier. Room was nice and spacious, clean and we could monitor the air con. Our overall stay was amazing and would definately reccomend. We didnt go in tbe restaurant/bar or stayed for breakfast so cant comment on this.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff and service

The hotel is beautifully renovated, stylish and modern. All staff were so friendly and customer focused. Location right on the river and quayside short walk into city centre. The terrace for drinks was probably the area where we were expecting a little more but it was still fantastic. Drinks a little pricey but it was a special occasion so we didn't mind so much.

Fantastic Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights whilst away with work, the hotel is fantastic, very new and high tech. Rooms are great, large and with a great bathroom, shower etc. Everything about the hotel was excellent.

Incredible! Easily 10/10

Absolutely incredible hotel, room and even the staff! It felt like they went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be back in the future. Perfect for a couples retreat or a family city vacation. The interior was so classic with a rustic feel, and the luxury cars parked at the front were such a nice surprise. It's nice to take time away from your day to day and feel like the 1% and that's exactly what this hotel did.
