Not what it seemed

There was a lack of privacy and was rather noisy. When i booked i chose this place as it was in the countryside and expected peace and quiet and privacy. From 6am cars were pulling up on the gravel with radios blaring...presumably there was a hotel or pub behind us. Trucks reversing at 6.30am as works were going on over the hedge. People walking backwards and forwards past the windows. Had to close the curtains. No curtains or blinds in kitchen and people looking in. Nowhere to sit outside as private properties all around.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
