THE LIVING AREA- 2 LIVING ROOMS
Invite calmness into yourself by unwinding with a good book, watching a movie, or simply catching your breath after an adventurous filled day. Your comfort and safety are on the very top of our list and the living room with the cushy cushions, center table, table lamp, TV with standard cable…were specially handpicked with you in mind.
THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Guess who’s not going to be hit by a door while carrying plates of food? Guess who’s not going to have to juggle or stress, carrying food for more than 5 seconds? Guess who’s not going to need a third invisible hand to open the door while carrying plates of food? YOU! We thoughtfully designed the open kitchen with a coffee bar and a dining area for intimate eating. Become the gourmet chef you fantasied about and enjoy the granite counters and stainless steel.

• Downtown Newnan Historic District – Wandering the nine-block historic downtown reveals beautifully preserved 19th century architecture, locally owned boutiques, antique stores, cozy cafés, and the striking Coweta County Courthouse.
• McRitchie Hollis Museum – Housed in a restored 1930s Greek Revival building, this museum offers insight into life in Newnan during the Great Depression and WWII, complete with original furnishings.
• Coweta County African American Heritage Museum – Dedicated to African American history, the museum features genealogy archives and artifacts, situated on grounds next to one of the largest historic black cemeteries in the South.
• The Male Academy Museum – A former 19th century boys' school converted into a museum showcasing Civil War relics, period clothing, medical artifacts, and local history exhibits.

GETTING AROUND
Cycling: While not highly developed locally, Newnan lies on Georgia Bicycle Route 5, which passes through the town—popular for long-distance cyclists rather than local daily travel.
City of Newnan Trolley: Free shuttle running Fridays through Sundays, 1 – 7 p.m. A loop from City Hall to Ashley Park, stopping at downtown shops and attractions. Equipped with bicycle racks and wheelchair lifts.
Coweta Connect (County Dial-A Ride): A demand response transit service. Riders must schedule 24–48 hours in advance, $3 per one-way trip, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Covers destinations within Coweta County, including Newnan.
GRTA Xpress Bus (Route 453): Offers weekday service between Newnan Park & Ride and downtown Atlanta. Ideal if you’re traveling to or from Atlanta—affordable with good reliability.
Uber & Lyft: Available in Newnan, though wait times can be longer than in Atlanta. Service is generally reliable downtown.
Local taxi companies, such as T&F Taxi and E-Taxi & Transportation Service — offer 24/7 service, including rides to/from Atlanta airports.

Upon reserving your accommodation, we will provide you with the important information 24 hours before your arrival date, and the check in information 1 hour before your check-in time. HOUSE RULES
- Check-in time is at 4:00pm
- Check-out time is at 11:00am
- Parties or noisy activities are not allowed.
- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Please refrain from staining them with food, grease, or any other substances. Avoid using towels to clean up any mess.
- We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind, so please remember to check before checking out.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

PETS NOT ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but unfortunately, they are not permitted on the property.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home!

USE THE APPLIANCES PROPERLY
Please use the appliances with proper care and caution to avoid damage and malfunctions. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Subject to the cost of the damaged item and/or repair will be withdrawn from the security deposit
- Age requirement: Only guests who are 21 years of age are allowed to make reservations.
- Please respect the noise curfew; 10pm-7am.
- Please do your dishes.
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.
- Bedroom etiquette: Kindly avoid consuming food or beverages in the bedrooms. This helps in maintaining cleanliness and prevents any potential damage.
