Guests can park one car in the designated space in the car port. Additional street parking is available on a first come first served basis.

Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
▪ To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home Sensor" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty)
*Note: Our Minut Smart Home Sensor also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping pens.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•Check-in time is 4pm - 12am
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests ($50 per extra guest per night)

•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

•Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected.

•The installed cameras located around the exterior of the property and in the car port area are for security purposes only and a $500 dollar fee will be charged to guests if anyone in the party tampers with the internet/cable or security system.
•If WiFi or security cameras are tampered with, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.

•No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on this property.
