Everything was good besides the AC , it was old model and had dust particles coming out of it. And wasn’t consistent on keeping the room cold, I had a bad sleep because the room was hot and uncomfortable, but besides that love the stay

If you're looking for a nice affordable room just a block away from the beach and a short walk to Newport Pier - this is it! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nicely updated. I will definitely be staying here again.

The only issues with this place is its location as it is right on the street and stays kinda noisy all night. It’s not terribly loud but you can hear it. Other than that it’s a pretty good place for the money.

Little Inn on the Bay

Our room was beside the road on the second floor. Windows have been upgraded in the past, however, they are inefficient. Street noise kept me from sleeping well, something that normally does not affect me. However, we were in an excellent location for the pier and abundant numbers of eateries. Staff was pleasant. Parking was available. I was able to access my YouTube account once and I remained connected. Maid service was prompt. King mattress was fatigued but somewhat okay.
