MINI BEDROOM #5: - Walk-thru to bay view roof-top deck - Note: A/C vents do not feed into this bedroom
EXTRA SLEEPING: Two twin trifold floor mats - best used for kids - are provided, along with linens and pillows, to accommodate the maximum total of overnight guests. (Twin rollaway beds can be rented/delivered for use by adults in lieu of the floor mats. Please make arrangements with our office in advance.)
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

LOCATION: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
