LIVING ROOM: - Leather sofa and love seat - Streaming TV - Fireplace (currently is not operational) - Sliding glass door to front patio - Open to kitchen
KITCHEN: - Center island with barstool seating for 6 - Major and small appliances - Fully stocked with gear for meal prep and dining (dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, bakeware, etc.) - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: - To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. - Space is limited in the home. Sleeping mats can be used in the bedrooms or in the living room/ kitchen area - Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

LOCATION: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
