GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire ground floor residence. This includes all interior spaces and the private front patio. The second floor residence is not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one queen size fold-out sofa (best suited for children) is provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the sofa by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer is located in the hallway closet. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One designated parking space is provided in the carport on the left side, suitable for a small to mid-size vehicle.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and or recording devices in outdoor spaces and or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
