Located on the South end of Thames Street, this loft offers guests a prime location that is just a short walk from all of Newport's attractions.Details: The first floor of this Loft features a gourmet kitchen, dining and living area, half bath and lounge outfitted with a pull out sofa and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find an open living room and two bedrooms each with a king size bed and en-suite bathrooms.Please note: exterior stairs are required to access this loft. There is in home laundry machines and off street parking for two vehicles. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.
No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.

A very lovely home for us (family of 4) to spend Christmas. The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and sitting areas. Location was perfect for us due to being only blocks away from my parents.

Amazing property! We stayed 4 nights and would love to come back again. Easy check-in. The property was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! The location was perfect, you can walk to all the shops and restaurants.I have been to Newport many times and this was probably the best place I’ve stayed.

Excellent apartment

The apartment (loft) was very convenient to all areas of Newport. Restaurants and shops and some mansions were in walking distance. The loft amenities were excellent for a week stay for a family or group. 3 full baths plus a powder room.

Wonderful Stay

We had an excellent experience at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was great --- all walking distance and close to all the shops and restaurants. Only issue was - we didn't have the correct access code. I called and they gave us a new one. Keep in mind, these are lofts, so expect to hear loud footsteps from upstairs occupants. Other than that, I recommend it to others for a hassle-free getaway.

Great Stay

The home was as described in the listing. It was comfortable, clean and good location. There was easy assigned parking and some restaurants within a 5 minute walk vs. dealing with trying to find parking in downtown Newport. It was nicely stocked (soap, shampoo, coffee and plenty of towels). I would absolutely recommend for a Newport vacation.

Went with my husband, his sister and her husband. Location was perfect. Very clean. We were looking for a baking sheet to make breakfast turnovers. It was on your list but none in the condo. We bought two and put them in with the cutting boards for your next guests. Some noise from heavy feet upstairs but not bad. They were not loud, just heavy walkers. Dish towels, cloths, would be helpful, but now a big deal. Thanks again, would love to stay here again. Thank you, Sharon Nista

Yearly girls trip

Overall this was a very nice property. It was extremely clean and had a lot of space to hang out. It had a very nice kitchen with high end appliances (though the dishwasher was unbalanced, which made the drawers fall out upon opening). The bathrooms were plentiful and beautiful, although all fixtures on sinks were loose. Cosmetically, this place is a real win. There are a few issues to address. There is no insulation at all. The upstairs noise from other guests is VERY loud. The is a two floor unit and you cannot control the heat upstairs. The upstairs living room electricity went out during the night each night. It seemed as though everything was renovated with only cosmetics in mind. All faucets were loose and some overhead lights were slightly hanging. The location is good, but we are used to staying closer to the heart of Newport. It is definitely walkable, but not as close as accommodations we have had in the past. With all this being said, I would definitely stay here again. It was a very nice place to stay.

Loved Our Stay!

This property was perfect for us! We visited with my family (2 adults, 1 child) and my senior parents. Easy walking to downtown and to the mansions, plenty of space. We appreciated the parking availability in the back. This place has 2 levels and 3.5 bathrooms - plenty of room to sleep all of us (my daughter slept just fine on the pull-out sofa bed). Super clean, big, modern bathrooms, great communication. We love Newport and would definitely stay here again. I will warn that the street noise may be a negative factor for some, but we turned on the fan for white noise and all was well. Thank you!

The good and the bad

The property was very clean and comfy. Plenty of room that could accommodate more than what is advertised. There is no area to sit outside however which I should have asked about. Not an abundance of towels or paper towels toilet paper. No tin foil Or plastic bags nor spices in the kitchen. For the cost these items should have been available. There is also an apartment upstairs that we could hear thumping about. Perhaps visitors should Be advised to be More mindful.

Excellent property!

The property was beautifully done, very clean and neat and comfortable. It had a lot of room for gathering and socializing which was nice. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the space to others! There are a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs, you shouldn't stay here.
