You’re steps away from beach access, a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet when you are nestled inside of your private retreat the stress of the grind will fall miles behind. The view will captivate you for hours as the timeless motion of the ocean and its ceaseless rhythm speaks mysteries of the deep.

The space
Nye Retreat is a 1st floor studio with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ground level patio just steps from the private beach access. When you're sipping coffee on the back patio keep an eye out for whales! Our guests have full access to the community hot-tub and pool. (Pool is open June until August) 10am-10pm

What's nearby: Within walking distance you're sure to find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you'd prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class Aquarium!

Guest access
We provide address, parking space information, and the code for our smart lock system on the morning of our guests stay.

This unit is on the first floor of a three-story building. The complex does not have an elevator. We want guests to know that they may need to use the stairs to reach the 3rd floor if 1st floor laundry is unavailable.

One designated off-street parking space is provided for guests for the duration of their stay.

Our guests have full access to the hot tub and pool, located behind the building, not ocean side (open from June until August).

Private beach access is offered to those staying at Pacific Crest and is located on the west side of the building. **NOTE** We are above the beach, there are 114 steps down the hill to the beach. Guests are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away if they do not want to use the private beach access.

A laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors between 9am-9pm. Coin operated (Quarters). For your convenience there are soap pods in the entryway closest. The laundry room key is also located in the hall closet; please return.

Other things to note
Please be sure to list all guests on your reservation. The building is home to short-term properties, and long-term homeowners. We ask that guests are considerate of others in the building at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.

There is a no-smoking policy that applies to the entire complex, which we want guests to be aware of during their stay. If a guest is seen smoking or vaping on property, the on-site manager will ask that they leave. Additionally they will be charged a $200 violation fee. **Please, to avoid any interruption of vacation time, refrain from smoking on site. If a violation occurs, we will not be able to provide a refund for any time lost.

The building has a no-pet policy. We are happy to have guests with registered service animals, just let us know so that we can inform the on-site manager.

Fireworks on the grounds inside or outside of this property are prohibited.
