Facility was neglected and staff not supportive. Bad pet smell. Did not stay and refused refund
Breakfast consisted of only small granola bars. Bed listed as queen was slightly larger then a full. No clean-up services during stay (scheduled for 3rd day of stay - day we were scheduled to check out.) WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

The room was gross. There were chicken bones on the chair and a mysterious puddle on the floor.
The entire building activated my allergies, which is likely due to mold.
When I needed to switch hotels, the proprietor refused to refund my booking.
The rooms stink really bad to the point I was contemplating sleeping in my car. There are burnholes from cigarettes on the bed. I can’t believe they think its ok to rent this room. Never ever again!!
I recently stayed at the Super 8 by Wyndham Hampton for 2 nights August 7, 2025 and August 8, 2025.
My complaints are as follows:
1.)This being the most serious complaint. I made a reservation for 2 consecutive nights. The first night was no problem. When I returned for the second evening my room had not been cleaned and the bed was not made. When I spoke to the manager he explained that they do not clean the room for a second night unless the customer requests it. I was very upset about this policy. If I pay for 2 nights I expect the room to be cleaned every time and ready with no hassle(I’m asking too much?). The manager was dead set to this policy that I’ve never heard of. I stayed at other hotels multiple nights and never encountered this.
2.)It was advertised that there was breakfast available in the morning. There was none.
3.)There were people arguing and fighting outside the hotel at 12:00AM
4.)When I went to leave there was people sleeping in their cars.
This was not one of my best Super 8 experiences. The room was what I expected but I wasn't happy with noisy guests. There was loud talking during the late night hours. Also I was not happy with the breakfast. The breakfast consisted on coffee and granola bars. I've had a lot better at other Super 8 facilities. I will continue to stay at Super 8's but not this one.
The whole hotel smelled like weed. The walls had brown streeks down them. Breakfast isn't served despite advertising breakfast. Air conditioner was loud!
My room was not cleaned good I had to go back through & clean myself. Old wash cloth & bath mat was left from the last visitors. I told the guy at the front desk also showed him pictures he just said ok. Long black hair on the bed my hair is burgundy
