Tämä ylellinen 3 sängyn Georgian tyyliin sisustettu kaupunkitalo on erinomaisella paikalla, josta on esteettömät näkymät Fistral Beachille. Kiinteistö sijaitsee Executive Sea Front Crescentissä, joka on asetettu omille alueilleen, ja se on suojattu sähköisillä porteilla, joilla on varattu edessä ja takana oleva pysäköintialue. Kiinteistö nukkuu jopa seitsemän, on jaettu kolmeen kerrokseen. Se koostuu kolmesta kahden hengen huoneesta, aula / ruokailutila, täysin varustettu keittiö, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja kodinhoitohuone.

Majoitus on järjestetty kolmeen kerrokseen;
Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta (edessä merinäköalalla), ja 1 ei kylpyhuone.
Pohjakerroksessa on vielä 1 kahden hengen huone, jossa parivuode ja yhden hengen sänky. Käytävällä on myös suihku, pesuallas ja wc.
Kodinhoitohuone, jossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu, sijaitsee myös pohjakerroksessa.
Lounge / ruokailutila: ensimmäisessä kerroksessa TV, nahkasohvat ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka tarjoavat jatkuvan merinäköalan. Keittiö: kaasuliesi, sähköuuni, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Fistral Beach (ranta). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja television.

Gorgeous family stay!

We arrived early on Saturday and Neil was fantastic at ensuring we could enter the property at an appropriate time considering we had drove 7 hours through the night from Yorkshire! The house is spacious through out and was perfect for our family of 7 + our dog. The view from the living room was outstanding and we all enjoyed having a brew with a view in a morning! The location is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk to fistral beach - great place for boarding and surfing!! Newquay town is just up the road 10/15 minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car. The house is equipped with everything we needed for our stay- very happy. We would love to book again! (However summer holidays is very expensive!) so hopefully we can save up and come in a few years. Thank you Neil.

Idyllic

2nd year in a row staying in the property. The location is perfect for a family stay with teens!! Close enough to the beach they can sleep in & meet you there later or just nip back for lunch!! Excellent host who is on hand if an issue develops!! The house just has all that we need for a home from home but in a beach location!!

Great house, great location

We have stayed at this property several times now, as always really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing overlooking fistral beach. Approx 20 min walk to town, handy for everything. It is very clean and well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending it!

Excellent Property

This property was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the beach and centre of Newquay. The host was just at the end of the phone for some advice we needed. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.

The property was well appointed we had plenty of room and were not on top of each other. Only slight critic was check in time as with we are no longer living covid restrictions, the bed in the bottom room was very hard and we would have liked spare dishwasher tablets washing tablets or bin liners

Home away from home but on the beach!!

Not much can be said other than the property was perfect for our family. Location // size // comfort // views // kitchen // parking - all perfect. A teenager & a pre-teen able to have their own space was something we had yet to discover on holiday!! What a revelation!! And, they were 2 floors apart - even better. The kids were happy; more importantly the wife was happy!!

Second year we have stayed here.

We are a family of 5. Grandparents, parents and 4 year old grandchild plus small pooch. This property was perfect for our needs last year which is why we booked again for this year. Met our expectations. Lovely house in fab location. We had a great holiday and look forward to coming back.

Fabulous view

We booked this rather last minute as we sadly had to come down to Cornwall for a funeral. What a great find this property was. Spacious - plenty of room for 5 adults. The view was beautiful looking over the sea. Very handy location. We were lucky it was available for the dates we needed. Would suit families with children too. Great to have the garden as an extra place to sit out for meals.

Lovely view and spacious apartment in a great location

Very easy to organise the holiday , procedures in place regarding cleaning were through and we felt safe throughout our stay. Gorgeous location and view, only a short walk to the beach, great for surfing and an easy walk into Newquay town. Neil was prompt to respond to any queries we had during our stay. We would recommend this apartment to families and large groups. We enjoyed our stay and are looking at booking again for next year!
