The open-plan living/dining room on the first floor offers a generous space for the family to unwind. For cozy evenings, ignite the wood-burning stove for a warm and inviting ambiance. Through the patio doors, a grassy area with an enclosed patio, table, chairs, and a private barbecue awaits—a delightful spot for afternoon and evening meals outdoors. The contemporary, well-equipped beech-effect fitted kitchen includes all the necessary facilities, such as a microwave, electric stovetop and oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher.



The bedrooms consist of one double room and one twin room. The double bedroom features a king-size bed, while the twin room has two twin beds. Each room comes with bed linens and towels, accompanied by ample storage space. Oaktree Holiday Cottage comprises two bathrooms—the first equipped with a bathtub, separate shower stall, and toilet, and the second with an additional shower room and toilet.



Outside, the enclosed garden includes a patio area with furniture, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Enjoy your own private, luxurious hot tub to unwind after exploring the delights of Devon, creating a personal spa experience. A large grassy area allows children to play while you cook on the grill.
