Belle expérience

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Les lieux étaient propre, tout fonctionnait, la cuisine était bien équipée. Dudu, le gardien sur place, était discret, disponible et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui était très bien entretenue et propre. Elle a aussi une zone peu profonde qui est parfait pour s’y asseoir ou pour les enfants plus petits. Ce fut un beau séjour. Merci de nous avoir si bien accueillit.

Weekend très agréable

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette villa avec nos 2 enfants et avons vraiment adoré. C'est un vrai havre de paix à Ngaparou. La maison était très propre et bien fournie en électroménagers (petits et gros), couverts de table, serviettes de bain et de piscine, et même un lave-linge (quoique nous n'en avions pas besoin). Trois chambres avec trois très grands lits forts confortables et tous équipés de moustiquaires en bon état. La piscine était parfaite pour la baignade avec enfants, ne faisant pas plus que 1,5 mètre de profondeur. Bon, l'eau était un peu trouble dû à la grande quantité de sable et de poussière dans l'air à ces temps-ci de l'année, mais elle était propre et bien entretenue. Attention par exemple au trou laissé par le luminaire qui manque dans le fond de la piscine... Il a aussi plusieurs transats autour de la piscine, une table ronde et une table 'picnic' pour manger à l'extérieur. Dudu, le gardien, habite sur place dans une petite maison à l'avant de la propriété, et est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Dudu est très accueillant et prêt à tout pour assurer un séjour agréable. Par exemple, nous avions eu un problème avec l'eau chaude, et il a tout de suite appeler un technicien et le problème a été réglé à l'intérieur de 2 heures. Il est aussi à noter qu'il est possible de garer la voiture dans l'enceinte de la maison derrière le portique. La télévision par câble (Canal +) et l'internet wifi fonctionnent très bien. Bien située, à 2 minutes en véhicule de la route de Ngaparou-Saly, toutes les attractions et services de la région sont facilement accessibles. Une épicerie Auchan est à quelques minutes de voiture direction Saly (dans un complexe avec resto, boulangerie, pharmacie, librairie...). Il y a aussi quelques restaurants à proximité, dont l'Incanto à quelques pas! La plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la villa.

Très belle villa

Très belle maison. Correspond à la description. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Le gardien et la femme de ménage font un travail formidable, ils sont très serviables et discrets. Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances très agréables en famille avec nos deux enfants et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe maison

Super séjour, la maison est magnifique avec un emplacement au top pour les commerces, proches du Auchan, proche de la mer et un soleil toute la journée pour chauffer cette magnifique piscine. Dudu le gardien est adorable et toujours présent et bien plus encore. Je recommande cette location a 100%.

Nous avons passé 2 superbes jours. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La piscine est splendide et les extérieurs arborés donnent l'occasion de voir plein dd jolis oiseaux colorés. Séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa

Villa agréable fidèle à la description du site. Piscine adaptée pour les enfants et les adultes. Gardien agréable, serviable et nous a bien guidé pour les sorties dans les alentours. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette villa conforme à la description. Le personnel nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux.
