Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, but of repairs needed in bathtub surround and tub didn’t drain well. The room itself was spacious and patio door opened into courtyard, very pleasant. All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Front entrance was under construction but should be beautiful when done. We loved playing mini golf but it is need of repairs for sure. The courtyard was beautiful! Pool and hot tub were nice and gym equipment was great.

Not happy at all. Some staff where very rude. We got a room was terrible condition in all measures. They changed it for us but the second room wasn’t that better but I accept because i wanted to get over it. It is a motel like not a hotel.

It was good. Would return for sure. Front door is under renovations and the door next to it was locked and said to ring doorbell and there was no doorbell so I had a moment where I was worried we wouldn't get in, as we were fairly late in the evening for check in and I thought they closed early. But found the other door around the building and it worked out. Rooms were nice, fairly clean. I did find ours very dark without enough lights. Overall very good, though, and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was awesome. My kids loved the arcade and pool.

Cleaning staff were inconsiderate and were yelling and swearing outside of our hotel room starting from 8AM - 9:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The sprinkler system was hanging off the room, the pillows were poor, and there was no fan in the washroom.

I found the hotel in need of repair And some TLC. Our bathroom shower curtain had holes in it, there was painters tape in our bathroom left in the wall and the bathroom door was totally rotten at the bottom. A better coffee maker would have been nice. The hallways were in need of some major work and the layout which is confusing could use some directional signs to assist the guests in finding their way around.

The hotel was under construction/renovation when we went, so it was not the best arrangement, but overall stay was okay. Nothing that exceeded expectations, but staff was great. There are multiple restaurants and Tim Hortons around and it's super close to the outlet collection, Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake so it's convenient. The only down point for me, specially travelling with kids, is that we expect a good and satisfying breakfast - which was the opposite this time. I understand it's hard to keep up with so many people coming in and out, but the food was not good at all and had no good options either.
