Nice motel for the price.

Don’t let the outside of the hotel scare you. It looks like a 70s motel but the inside is lovely. Clean, friendly staff. The rooms could use some updating which appears to be in progress as I did see some Reno’s happening. The pool was a great temperature. It appears that the pool/fitness area is used by the public as a membership so be advised it might be a bit busy. Breakfast was a standard continental with warm food options. Overall a great stay and I would go back again

Only like was room was good. Where to start on bad, front doors under construction no mention at booking (Handicapped room booked) had to walk around to side make way over snow piles to get in. Walkways no shoveled very unsafe for anyone let alone handicapped person. Got to front desk they were talking to some TV repair guy and rather than deal with paying customer said he will be with me when finished with TV guy?? Woke up in morning snow from night before there was a shovel left by the door to shovel path and vehicle out from snow??? This was late morning why was it not done?? Seem like no one cared to much about anything. Stay away.

Front entrance is not accessible due to renovations, which we were not informed of. All outlets along one wall did not work, extension cords for TV, microwave, lamps, fridge all in one outlet. When we did get power to the TV, it still didn’t work. Attempt to call front desk from room did not connect. Accessed front desk from our cellphone and was told a porter would be up to address the electrical issues however no one did come to our room. We notified front desk of our concerns again and they offered no discount for our inconveniences stating that since we booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do.

It’s our second time at this hotel and we love it! The location is super convenient. Close to the highway, plenty shopping and dining options around. The property is clean and has a pool, a gym and an arcade (my kids’ favourite). The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice and friendly. We’re already planning our next stay there.
