A fine stay. Nothing wrong with the room. Check-in was a bit rough as it took a while, and they asked my mother for her ID even though I was paying for both rooms - that’s never happened to me before and I’m not sure why it was necessary.

Staff at check in were super nice and accommodating . The room was standard and the bathroom renovation was unfortunately not well done. The bathroom counter was very low especially for men . While breakfast was included many of the guests had to wait for the food to be replenished . Otherwise the food was ok. Location was good.

Bathrooms need an upgrade, bathtub not draining properly, bathroom fan not working. Breakfast was great, good restaurant and seating arrangements were great. Lobby and staff were nice and friendly. Night staff addressed our concerns and helped to fix the issue. Though we had stay 2 nights, we stayed only one night as it was not to our expectation, price of room seemed to be jacked up though we did the booking in January.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful! Everyone was sooo nice and friendly. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and our bartender took photos for us even though she was busy. I'd definitely stay there again!

The staff was nice, however the accommodations were poor. the main entrance was under construction, so we had to go in/out through the restaurant and there was no mention of any of this when booking. Secondly, the hotel was supposed to be feather free, yet our room had water damage on ceiling, walls and what appeared to be mold painted over. We left before our stay was over and advised the staff and they just said they would send our pictures to management.
