Great location for walking to Clifton Hill. Relatively quiet (quiet ares, noisy room doors woke us in the morning). Room was not super clean (hairs on and in bedding). Strange gassy smell in the hallways. If you're not too picky this is a good, less expensive option. Staff were lovely as well.

It was a great hotel. The staff were great. They had free breakfast which was always great. It is close to all the attractions that you want to go to. A store right across the street that has everything you need and they were super nice. Don’t be fooled though. We got the balcony room thinking we would be able to use it but the balcony is actually inside the building. It was strange. But overall a great place. We had the double family room which was private.

In town for a wedding. Found great deal for look arge room with Fall's view and a Jacuzzi tub. Included simple hot buffet breakfast and parking on site.

Old. Dirty. Smelled. This was the worst hotel we’ve seen. The elevator didn’t work. most of the lights in the hall were burnt out or flickering. The bed almost folded in half when my average-sized husband sat on it. The mini fridge looked like someone kicked it down the stairs. The bathroom was dirty with cheap old fixtures. The carpet was bucked and musty. Overall super creepy vibes. Great option for a horror movie setting- otherwise we would never stay here. We left after looking around and stayed at a nicer hotel in the area.

Rooms are a little outdated, I wouldnt lay on the floor, the pool is very small kinda like a big bath tub. But the Looby is very cute it feels very much like France themed. Overall it wasn't the worst hotel ever. Breakfast was pretty good very busy but yummy.

Nice front counter staff. The room (#522) is horribly out dated. Carpet is gross, pealing wallpaper, etc. If a room needs an update this is the one.

The property itself really isnt bad. I saw the pictures and knew it was outdated. The atrium was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. But the rooms should be updated a bit. There are stains and stuff and missing paint, etc. The air conditioning didnt work well and we were stuffy all night. The water in the shower would not maintain itself. Warm, lava, ice cold, warm, it was an experience. I think I'm just used to a nicer place, but for the price we paid with free parking and breakfast, it really wasnt bad. It was what we needed for night.

I really like the family suites as they offer the two rooms. It works perfectly for our family of four. The continental breakfast is nice.The rooms are a little dated and could use upgrading. I wish that they would turn the lights off that are in front of the family suites on the first level facing inside as it shone a bright light into our room all night. There was alos very loud neighbours that did not help. The pool area needs to have a sign indicating that there is a sudden drop from the step. The edge had faded yellow paint indicating it was there and a mat covering it. My son ended up falling and hurting his ankle. We enjoy going to this hitel for the price, the pool and the family suites. It could definitely use some inprovements and it would be nice to implement quiet time after 10 or 11 at night. Especially in a family oriented hotel.

Its a cute hotel, king size room with jacuzzi was large but was told to stop using jacuzzi cause it was leaking to the room below, not happy about that payed alot for that room and wasn't compensated or really got an apology. The Continental breakfast was good for us, eggs and sausage was delicious.

The breakfast could have used more items to choose from. When taking a shower the water pressure could have been better and the water temperature changes from cold to hot several times keep having to adjust it

The room looked like a horror movie from the 60s. Old outdated carpets, stains throughout the room. Wallpaper peeling, the smell was atrocious as you cant open any windows. The front of the building looked like it was closed. Front windows were so dirty the kist goes on and on
