Great view! Room was clean, updated, and a wonderful place to spend a few nights. Our main disappointment was that there were not any public spaces with a view of the falls except the overpriced restaurant STK. We ate at other restaurants. (And the "reception" was just okay--a nice thought, but small drinks with chips and pretzels.. and no one there to mingle with--not really a reception.)

Nice family trip, great view of both falls.

Great service, beautiful atmosphere. Great for family, couples or business. Accomodations are good for all. Close to the falls and entertainment. Fun things to do in the hotel without leaving like a bar, a poll and arcade. We stayed 3 nights and the housekeeping was minimal. Had to ask for things like more coffee for room, clean towels and trash to be taken. Drinks and snacks on the 9th floor were great! Breakfast buffet was typical for a hotel and not extraordinary. On site Starbucks was convenient and the shuttle to off site parking was great. Door men and valets were all very helpful and pleasant. We stayed on 37th floor and could see both falls clearly. IHOP delivered and was very good. Applebees didnt deliver but is across the street for pickup. We enjoyed it better than TGIF. Outback Steakhouse also very close. Other small, local restaurants close also. Fallsview Waterpark close. Great for younger families and smaller children.

The view of the falls was excellent! But the incline to the falls was out of service so the walk around was cold and long! The hotel was nice but the room was not cleaned well and the room was not serviced each day! $5 plus 2 taxes for a small bottle of water.

I booked this hotel for our stay on the Canadian side of the falls because research said it had the best view of the falls. We stayed in a falls view room on a higher level floor, and it would be hard to imagine a better view of the falls anywhere. Service people were consistently good. Breakfast was ample but not particularly good.

Very nice that they offer free breakfast and you get a complementary beverage per night from their bar of course limited but that’s understandable. Hot tub was nice.
