Family Room: The room had sticky stains on the ground. The telephone and lamp next to the bed could not be plugged into an outlet, as the layout of the room did not accommodate their placements. You had to choose between plugging in a different lamp and the microwave/mini-fridge as there was only one extension cord in the room. We did not receive our deposit back even though we did not damage anything in the room. Attempts to call to remedy the situation are met with a full voicemail box.

Stayed for one night September 6th and had a horrible experience. Had no sleep at all! There is absolutely no insulation, heard everything what was going on in the room next to mine. There is a restaurant attached to the property which had a party going on up until 4 AM and played music so loud that woke my husband up. Room we stayed in had a musty smell to it, as well I found three dead bugs under the blanket ( spiders). I would not advise families with kids stay there mostly due to nightly activities in the hotel and poor insulation.
