Smell is very bad, the ventilation system seems not working. WIFI is NOT working!!! When I input my address, the menu only has States in US, even I selected "Canada". Luckily just for 1 night, and I will never come back. And will tell everyone I know.

The rooms claim to be falls view but they are not what you expect due to being so far away from the water which was a disappointment and you should expect to stand in a crazy line to check in no matter what time. And when we were there there was only one of the 4 elevators working for the tower we were in which was extremely frustrating.

It was a lovely hotel! My husband was having health issues so it was wonderful to have a 2 bedroom suite. The view of Niagara Falls was OVER THE TOP AMAZING!.
