Ok experience, could be better

We booked a room that had jetted bathtub and the falls view but one of the receptionist said that she’ll “upgrade” our room to a better view for no charge, we agreed but when we went into the room, it had no view and it was way smaller than what we had booked and payed for, so we went back to reception and the girl who attended us previously hid behind her desk when she saw us coming back to her because she was guilty. Then we went to another team member at the reception, she helped us get our room. Mind you, we were travelled for almost 8 hours to get here and for such a thing to happen on our arrival put us off. Rest of the stay was fine. Thanks

Not worth the money

The check in process was brutal. No onsite parking. 30 minutes in car in line to find out cant park there. Once on $50 offsite parking shuttle was 15 more minutes to shuttle back to wait 1.5 hours in line to check in. Jacuzzi tub was gross.

We had a great stay. I only have a couple complaints. The parking is atrocious. Its outrageously expensive. 50CD a night for offsite in a radom parking lot. My last complaint is i chose this hotel based off the view of the falls from the cover photo ehich is supposedly a dinning toom view. The falls are no where near as close to the hotel as they make it seem. The room itself was great. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The casino was massive and we had a great time otherwise.

I asked for a room with a view of the Falls. Our room was like a closet and the view was tucked back in a corner. The fan was so loud we couldn’t run it, the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was old. The parking cost was $90.40 for one night. Not going back there again!
