The tower is a repurposed observation tower so you get good views of the falls from the viewing level and from rooms on the falls side. Lovely at night. The penthouse level requires you to change lifts.

Staff were wonderful. From the front desk to the shuttle service. We enjoyed IHOP as well. Room was clean. Only thing that surprised me, maybe a bit of a shock was the website said it was 2 beds but the room only came with one king size bed and was told that they were all like that.
