Very good location if you want to be right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill and walking distance to the falls. Although the return back to the hotel is all uphill. So you can get a good workout in walking to and from the falls.

Disappointing stay

We have been staying at this hotel for many years it’s has always been great. We have since moved away and haven’t been back here since the expansion. This time back we stayed in 1017 family suite and notice the condition and cleanliness of our room was very poor. Wall paper have stains everywhere, the white table and chairs were not clean, stains and scratches on table and the chrome in chair have so much fingerprints and smearing and dirt on it it was gross. (Come on guys, Don’t use white furniture in a hotel, it’s just stupid) Couch is deteriorating and feels sticky and dirty. Headboards have many holes in the padded area, extremely uncomfortable toilet seat. Anything chrome in the bathroom, toilet paper holder ect all were dirty and full of smearing. Carpets were dirty and when we move the coffee table closer to the couch there were so much garbage under the coffee table it was disgusting. Not to mention no microwave in room is such an inconvenience especially for a “family suite” where people bring their kids. Overall we’re very disappointed to get a “motel room”for $300/night not the nice family suite that we booked. Hotel staff were very friendly as I recognized couple of them have been here since it was “the imperial” and have always provided excellent. Excellent service. Common areas in hotel is great but the rooms need quite the attention and TLC.

The staff was very nice, the location was excellent and their parking price was the most affordable I've had so far ( this is my 5th trip to Niagara falls). I will book this same hotel when i go back.

This was a great location and me and my family were able to walk to all the attractions of Clifton Hill. The room was clean, the pool was in good shape and clean. Our room was made as an accessible room for people in wheelchairs, which was fine. However, As fully able bodied individuals, there is no way an individual in a wheelchair could open/close the bathroom sliding door. My children couldn’t move it and it was difficult for even myself or my husband so we just left the bathroom door open for the trip.
