The hotel overall was nice, good. The hotel hallways muggy and hot but rooms very comfortable. The off-site parking was a bit nerve racking but overall worked out well. The staff was fantastically helpful and friendly! In hotel dining for breakfast (that you you pay for) leaves a lot to be desired, in fact the food was terrible but convenient. If you stay here be sure to eat at Antica- coming from a Jersey native they have AMAZING pizza!

Called in advance for an early check in. When we arrived (12:30), room wasn't ready, which was okay, went to walk around. Asked them to call me when it was ready. After 3 hours and no call, went back to ask and was told the rooms been ready for a while now. Room itself was okay, but after turning on the A/C, it smelled like "pee". So turned it off, no A/C for the stay. Had a kitchenette, water smelled like chlorine. Shower had very weak water pressure. Big let down from previous stay.

Everything was excellent from the friendly front reception staff, to the cleaning staff and the guests at the hotel were friendly too. The beds are nice and comfortable. It’s important to note that there’s not enough onsite hotel parking, so if busy it’s a short 3 minutes walk to an offsite hotel parking lot will be necessary. The shower had extremely hot scolding water though. I suggest you check it first before unpacking to ensure there are no issues with the water temperature. Overall it was an enjoyable family trip. Location of hotel is very convenient being close to the falls and Clifton Hills attractions and restaurants. If you enjoy walking, it’s a short walk to everything.
