The property was under construction. Parking was a nightmare. Dining was terrible and no breakfast. The pictures are false advertisement and I am incredibly unhappy. One of the queen beds was tilted as the frame was broke and there was a large hole in the wall. Horrible experience and disgusting hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and there was no mention that I would have to pay $60 when I checked in for parking and whatever else they charged me for. Very disappointing experience

Good location in Niagara Falls! You can walk to Table Rock (so see Horseshoe Falls / Journey Behind The Falls), to the launch for the Hornblower, and to Clifton Hill. Did not use the gym or hot tub, but the room itself was clean and spacious. Staff were all super nice and professional, with the exception of the front desk worker who checked me in. They charge a very expensive fee for parking ($25 CAD + tax per day). You can find a separate paid lot right next door for just ($10 CAD + tax).

Our only complains were that the elevator in Building B is SO slow and half of the numbers inside are missing and don’t light up. Multiple people got off on the wrong floor and went to open their doors only to find out they were on the wrong floor. It kind of became a joke because it happened so much.
