Centrally situated in a well sought out "Carré d'Or" location in Nice, only 400m to the famous Promenade des Anglais, seafront and beach, 200m to the pedestrian zone and 400m to the main shopping street, Rue Jean Médecin. Within easy access to the tram, buses and local train station.
HugoPark103 is a contemporary one bedroom apartment with double glazing french windows, in an elegant "Belle Epoque" building. Situated on the first floor you can use either the lift or staircase. Enter into a fully fitted open plan kitchen and lounge/diner. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and memorable, with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking utensils. The dining table has seating for 4 and the sofa pulls out to a comfy double size sofa bed. The smart TV has English TV and sky basic satellite plus french orange TV. The bedroom has a king sized bed and sliding door mirror wardrobes. The shower room has a great shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

Top quality accommodation in great location

Lovely apartment with excellent air conditioning (which we needed!!). Beautifully clean and well appointed. In a great location, very central, just a few minutes walk from the prom and easy access to tram and buses. Couldn't fault it and would happily book again. Highly recommended.

Everything you Need!

A delightful apartment exactly as promised. Small but well appointed…comfortable bed, nice shower with great pressure. Location is perfect! Close to everything, and across from a lovely park and church. Quiet neighborhood and great tree-level views. We will definitely return.

Quiet haven

Lovely comfortable apartment for 3weeks. Could escape the hot weather and crowds of school holidays and be minutes from the beaches, old town, shopping and endless cafes and restaurants.

Great Spot

Excellent apt in very nice bldg across the street from The Protestant Centre. Lounge needs updating. TV is difficult to get right. Bathroom good. Bed is comfy. Washing machine worked well and got a workout.

Great Location

Great location next door to Promenade des Anglais. Clean and prompt response when calling on management. However the check-in process was frustrating as we had trouble finding the hotel where we were to pick up the keys. The apart from as well équipes although a bit smaller than the impression from viewing on line. Bed could be more comfortable.

Loved being in a neighborhood but still within walking distance of anything we needed.

Great location, clean, yet small

This apartment is located perfectly for walkers who want to explore the sites of Nice. It is close to restaurants, a small grocery, and shops. It was very clean. A few things to be aware of: it is very small, (roughly ~500-600 square feet). We are a family of three who stayed for four days. We spent most of each day out and about so we weren’t in the apartment much but felt like we were on top of each other when there. It is best suited for two, in my opinion. The TV system is outdated, like circa 90s. The instructions in the manual onsite conflict with what we received via email 5 months before our trip. Once we did figure it out, the satellite signal was so weak we could get only two news channels (out of hundreds of channels “offered” by the system) and only on a sporadic basis. Bummer as we were hungry from news from home having been gone 3 weeks already. There is strong WiFi and luckily we had the right cable and streaming services on our devices. Last, be prepared to buy toilet paper and other essential if you are there more than two days. What we typically find at other rentals wasn’t in the apartment or was so short in supply so we needed to buy our own. A few changes: attention to staples, updated information booklet, updated or better (or no) TV service, would make this a five rating.

Bright, clean, affordable and good location!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this beautiful apartment. It's location was ideal as it was easy to walk to all of the best that Nice has to offer - all of the shops and restaurants on Rue de France, the Promenade and Beach, the Old City and the Train Station. The apartment was clean, bright and modern with large beautiful windows to let in the light or the fresh air. We had such a fantastic time on this, our first trip to Nice, and this apartment was key to us having such a great time Thanks! Ken

The best apartment we have ever stayed in

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The owner Annie went above and beyond to help and to answer my questions. She always replied quickly and in a friendly manner. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We had everything we needed and we felt really comfortable being there. When we could not work the air conditioning and the TV I contacted the owner and the delightful local agent Merilyn arrived exactly on time and sorted everything out. The area the apartment is in is very close to the beach and the shops and there is even a childrens' playground opposite the block which my grandson loved. He also loved the amazing park and its run through fountains and climbing frames in the park which is very close to Massena Square . Nice is really wonderful. We loved it and we will definitely go back and stay in this lovely apartment again.

The apartment was close to the town with easy access to the beach,shops,tram,bus and train. The apartment was clean as was the linen and towels and obviously well looked after. It had every thing/utensils that was needed for the stay. The area is quiet and although there is some work in the vicinity for the new tram line we did not hear it. Given the opportunity we will book this apartment again. Thankyou .

Good holiday in lovely Nice Apartment

Clean, well equipped and well presented property. Good views and a light airy feel. Everything was exactly what we expected and led to believe in the marketing material. Location was excellent for Nice. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. There were two of us staying. Communications and information provided by Annie were excellent which made it so easy There was a periodic drain type smell in the apartment from the washing machine space which needs looking at . The TV is far too complicated with conflicting instructions all of which led us to just giving up. Overall very satisfied and would recommend and consider again in the future Regard David

Great stay in this apartment in Nice. Great location. Down side was having to wait at the airport for 3 hours as the key pickup service was closed due to our flight being delayed. No Sky TV has n apartment. Even apartment manager didn’t know how to sort this out

This flat is perfectly located. It is a few blocks from the touristy part of town and a few blocks from the local part of town. It's a short walk to old Nice or the train station. You are literally two blocks away from a hub for the buses, two grocery stores, a wine shop, and a patisserie. Excellent speedy communication from the owner. So many good things to say about owner!! She's great. The flat has everything you need for a great holiday. It's an excellent size for two and perhaps a child. What I thought was so sweet was the pantry. There is a wee tiny supply of things one might need on vacation. Seasonings, vinegar, that sort of thing. I left something for the next people as well. The bathroom is a great size and the shower has good pressure. Plenty of storage for clothes in the bedroom and supplies in the bathroom. The clothes washer and dishwasher made everything easier. These are European appliances and European sizes - think smaller loads. There is a deluxe dry rack in the unit for hanging wet clothes. After all that love why 4 stars and not 5?? There was a very unpleasant smell. I thought maybe it was temporary, as it smelled of spoiled produce and the unit was clean so I thought it would just dissipate. It didn't. We reached out to the local contact who said the issue was "rare" but immediately suggests to help (clearly a know issue), suggested we run the laundry and that might help. By that time we had already run the laundry three or four times. We noticed when we got home every single thing in the suitcase smelled like spoiled produce, even though we left we laundered clothes (the clothes air dry in the unit). The suitcases, out coats, and my knapsack. It's hard to get an odor out of a fabric. suitcase Even after the funk, we would stay there again. It's a great space in a perfect location.

Wonderful Apartment and Excellent Location!!!

The apartment was amazing especially for its location being in a perfect spot; close to everything, but far enough for quiet and relaxation. We found that the apartment is very comfortable in hot weather, as there is effective air conditioning system. Everything is close enough - beach, old town and Monoprix supermarket in 5 minutes walking. Annie was very friendly and helped us a lot to prepare our visit. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience NICE and it's surroundings. WIFI was solid.
