Outside space
The narrow balcony on the south-facing side of the apartment opens out from the living space and accommodates a small table and chairs. The north-facing balconies at the back of the apartment offer a little more seclusion and shade for those who seek it.

Living space with separate television room
Opening out from the dining area is the equally light-filled living area. A second and third set of French windows open onto the front balcony from either side of the marble fireplace. Impeccably furnished with sophistication and character, this room has the power to bewitch. Intricate cornicing, beguiling fabrics and creative finishing touches, this is truly a place in which to dream. Kitchen and dining area
Light streams into this convivial dining space through the south-facing French windows. The open plan kitchen area has plenty of contemporary chic while the classically curved Louis XV style dining table adds historic charm.
