Located 20 km from Nice, in the Var valley, Castagniers is a small hilltop village in the middle of Nice, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Very beautiful open view and magnificent panorama from the top of Mount Cima (880 m). Access to the village by the picturesque D14 road, climbing in bends from the D2202. Superb walks and hikes around the village, visit the Cistercian convent of Notre Dame de la Paix where you will enjoy chocolates and jams made in an artisanal way.
