Cozy property, friendly staff, clean rooms, great housekeeping, great location near the promenade by the sea. The lobby and hallways could use a little bit of a brightening / face lift.

Great place if you're looking to stay in a more quiet spot outside of old Nice. Quick 15 min walk to Old Nice along the promenade. Only issue I had was that air conditioning did not work and it was very hot in the room.

Very well located in the hearth of Nice. Extremely clean and nice room... We even add the chance to get a parking spot right at the hotel.

The staff was multi-lingual and very friendly and helpful. They helped us find overnight parking, when their small lot was full and two delicious restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel. Our room was colorfully appointed with a comfortable bed, and a modern shower/bathroom. The hotel was well-located, one block away from the promenade.

We loved this hotel The room was clean , the staff was wonderful!!! Close to the beach Just one suggestion, I think the room needed a little extra lighting. During the day it was good but at night was a little harder to see what’s in your suitcase :). Would definitely recommend to other and absolutely return for a visit.

The reception team were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and we would have loved to stay longer. The location is ideal - just a minute or so from the main promenade. There is a good value super market opposite and we went out for breakfast.
