The staff was very helpful. We did find a couple ants in the rooms every day. The air conditioner was not working on one day but the staff fixed it. Very convenient location from the Nice-Ville station. Be aware that the elevator is very small - for smaller individuals this will be fine but if you are on the larger side, this may be a problem. An easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais.

Staff and rooms were head and shoulders above other places we’ve stayed in the region. Location is great: you can walk to Promenade, restaurants, shopping. Lots of bakeries nearby, as well as grocery stores. Would stay here again.

Diame was especially welcoming and helpful with tips getting around, places of interest. All the staff were very friendly and kind. They asked me whether I needed anything often during my 7 night stay. Complementary, lemonade and snacks were available ever day. My room was very small but bright, it had a balcony. Hotel is located a ten minute walk from the train station. I took the train to Monaco. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to family and friends.

The property itself was just okay. The room was very small and quite basic, with minimal amenities. I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel—3 stars at most. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe for two female travelers, which we appreciated. The staff was excellent—that was definitely the highlight. However, we didn’t receive complimentary breakfast, even though we paid $300 + a night, which felt super excessive given what we got. Overall, if we travel here again, we’ll likely stay elsewhere for that price.

We got the family room, which is 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. This was great for us since we were traveling with our 2 kids. In addition to this, the location is very convenient, close to the train and walkable to most attractions. The staff was very nice too.
