Located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a premium residence, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. The apartment includes :

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, bathroom sink and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom shared with the 2 other bedrooms: with bath, shower and bathroom sink
