Cocoonr agency offers this 39 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, 250 m from the beach, with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living room with double sofa bed (real 140x200 mattress), TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower, washing machine and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Shared, unheated rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the mountains and coast, open from 1 May to 30 September from 8am to 8pm.
- An 8 m² north-facing balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days and the view of the mountains.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops and Cap 3000 (600 m away, voted the most beautiful shopping centre in the world in 2022) are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
