ゴールデンウイークに利用しました。 下調べ不足で、想像していたより山奥にありました。到着が21:30頃になってしまったので、山の中の道路に鹿やらタヌキやら何頭も出てきて、子供は暗い道を怖がりながらも楽しんでいました。 •駐車場が埋まっていて、ほぼ路駐。 他の車があとから来て、出られない場所に停められてしまったら大変だろうな…と思いました。特に早く出発したい人は。 •お風呂がいくつかあるけれど、どこもぬるくて温まることができませんでした… 特に、4つ並んだ露天風呂はぬるいどころが、冷た過ぎて入れないものが２つ。なんとか入れるのが２つ。でもそのうちの一つも入っていて寒い。 内風呂もぬるくて温まれない。 何種類もお風呂があるのに、残念でした。 •浴衣が置いていない。 ホームページには、部屋にあるのものに「浴衣」と書いてあるのだから、置いていないのはまずいと思います。 私たちは部屋着を持っていったからよかったけど、持ってこなかった人はどうやって寝るんだろう…と心配になりました。 •寝る時に、布団を敷くために部屋のテーブルを移動しようとしたら、テーブルの足が２本抜けて、なかなかはまらなかった。 もう移動する気にもなれず、部屋の狭い場所で食事をしたりしました… •混浴部分は湯あみ着を着用することと、子供の湯あみ着は貸し出しの用意がないことをホームページにも明記してほしい。 小学生の娘二人が着るものが苦労しました… 口コミを見ると、改善できることは改善しようと頑張ってくださる宿だと見たので、正直に書かせていただきました。 電子レンジが置いてあったり、従業員の方は挨拶をしてくださったりと、よいサービスの部分もあるホテルだと思うので、是非これからも頑張ってほしいです。

秘境的な場所ですが、いろいろとほんとに微妙でした。 部屋は、リフォームしていたのでキレイでした。スタッフは一所懸命やっている感じはしましたが、全員日本人ではなく、質問してもちゃんと回答もらえない感じでした。1番困ったのは、朝食はホテルで別途支払いと記載されているのに、前もって予約しないとダメと言われて、結局食べられなかったことです。もう、行かないのでいいですが、あの場所で、チェックイン時に朝ごはんは用意できませんと言われても買いに行くこともできないですし、本当に困りましたね。他の人も同じこと言われて、困ってました。 あと、まだ修理中なのかもですがらあっちこっち暗いですし、変なホースがフロントから出てました。スタッフが足りてないのだと思いますが、フロントに納品物が山積みになっててびっくりしましたし、部屋にスリッパが置いてあるので、部屋に行くまで、靴下で歩き回るのも嫌でした。 あと、部屋のタオルとかも足りてなく、それは言ったもらえましたが、 5名で予約して、６名部屋でしたが、布団が４枚しかなく、言うのと疲れたので、家族だったのであるので我慢して寝ました。 あと、となりの部屋のドアが閉まると、ドンって音が響くので、夜はびっくりします。朝には慣れましたが とりあえず、ビジネスホテルかなーと思って行ったらダメです。 外国の秘境のホテルだと思って行けばがっかりしないと思います。
