Really fun place for a relaxing getaway especially to socialize with your close friends or significant others. There is not much to do in the area unless you have a car.

The food, atmosphere, and super friendly staff definitely make this place to return to. Staff was always friendly and very, very accommodating even with our limited Japanese vocabulary. Definitely the highlight of our trip for sure!

Closed to lighting exhibition as you can walk. Lobby was terrific but room was not like that. I stayed a night in Japanese styled room, it was stinky once I opened the door. There’s no restaurant to walk-in unless you not reserve hotel’s board. The only nearby restaurant was Yuba udon. It was very delicious but I preferred meat 😂

家族7人で泊まりました。オールインクルーシブは大変助かりました。メニューも豊富で老若男女楽しめました。チェックインから飲み放題、おつまみも食べ放題に子供達は大興奮。ご飯前に卓球やダーツ、ゲームも楽しめました。スタッフのおもてなしも素敵でした。一泊ではもったいない何泊もしたいホテルでした。

オールインクルーシブは初めてではありませんが、食べ物がここまで安っぽいのは初めてでした。 一番残念なのは夕飯です。夕飯時間は1時間半ありましたが、バイキングでは、各ブースごとに並べばすぐに取りたいものを取れるのに、全体で1列だったため、食べ始めるだけで30分以上かかりました。他のお客さんも同じように話していました（スタッフさんに言ってる方もいましたが、その場での改善はありませんでした）ので、少数意見ではないはずです。 また、囲炉裏に並べる食材は予め加熱してありましたが、いつ加熱したのか分かりませんが、完全に冷めた状態で提供されるのですごく固かったです。囲炉裏は数本の炭があるだけなので、 15分以上温めても、多少表面が温まる程度で冷めた食事でした。一度、どの程度温まるのか、施設の方も試していただきたいです。 また囲炉裏が沢山あるので、食事会場内はとても暑く、家族全員食欲がなくなってしまい、居るだけでもつらかったです。朝食のときの温度は最適でしたので、ぜひ夕飯時の会場内の温度を確認してみて下さい。 料金は家族4人一泊で合計12万円でした。今年の春休みに北海道へ4泊5日で行きましたが、往復航空券含め家族４人で12万円でした。 高級ホテルではないので、少し美味しいご飯を食べてゆっくりできれば良いと思っていた程度です。元々すごく期待していた訳でもないのに、ここまでがっかりするとは思いませんでした。

オールインクルーシブホテルとしてかなり優秀と思います。ラウンジ朝食晩御飯どれをとっても大です。ただ古いホテルをリノベーションしていると思われるので、客室や大浴場といった設備や古いものです。ほこりなども溜まっており清掃の行き届いてなさは目に余るものがあります。もっともっとこのホテルの支配人はできることがあると思います。きれいにすべきところはきれいにしてちゃんと設備投資して新しくリノベーションするところはリノベーションすべきと思います。せっかくのラウンジそしてマンガ喫茶ダンボール迷路、アクティビティー、朝食、夕食のクオリティーの高さ、ここまで揃っています。あと何をやるべきかはメリ見えています。とにかくリノベーションしてないところが汚さすぎる。そして虫が多いこの点を改善してください

お部屋が広かったです。 夫婦で泊まりました。ベッドルームが別になっており、寝る時間が違ったので灯りやTVの音量を気にせず眠る事が出来ました。 夕食は囲炉裏風で串物を刺して温めて食べられるものがありましたが斜め刺しが難しく皿やグラスを置くスペースが狭かったです。 朝食ば美味しかったです。玉子を2個選び目玉焼きを作りました。けんちん汁も美味しく、ご飯がすすみました。
