Less than 3 miles to Nokomis Beach and minutes to I-75. 2bed/2 bath, 1300sq ft upstairs interior + 600 sq ft upstairs lanai with sitting area perfect for your morning coffee or an evening wind down. Great outdoor space underneath the home, come back from the beach and cool down in the 12’ wide x 2’ deep above ground pool while streaming your favorite show on the outdoor tv. Pets are welcome and can roam the fully fenced in yard. 2 covered parking spots under the house as well as additional parking in the driveway. Baby gear available on request.

Out of 500 house we have stayed this was our favorite by far. Not only was it comfortable, cozy and beautiful but the owners are they best they take super good care of the hidden gem in Nokomis and there there for all your needs, it was a please staying here. Didn't half to ask for a thing it was wonderfuly stocked. TY
